ABOUT US
Stuff-uk Limited was formed in 2001 by industry veterans Alan Stanley, Richard Loveland. Later joined by Jim Gordon. They come from a memory module manufacturing and distribution background. They decided to put their skills, knowledge and industry contacts to the test. Selling a broad range of IT equipment, to corporate, government and end user clients.

MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Either browse the sections of our site or use the search to filter the results. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express card payments. All payments are currently billed in Pounds Sterling. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and there is no credit card surcharge. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or securely over the Internet.

Heavy and high value orders are shipped by overnight courier. Occasionally goods may be shipped directly from our suppliers. As we try to keep carriage charges to a minimum carriage costs vary according to the size and shipping method. Your shopping cart will inform you of the total carriage charge at the time of ordering. [Note you do need to enter your delivery address details, in order to calculate carriage charges] NOTE: Goods shipped by Saver are non trackable. We charge carriage because we have to pay carriage to deliver your goods. We believe that a single carriage charge per order is far fairer and more transparent for our customers than having an invisible carriage charge built into the price of each product that you purchase.

ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS
We understand that not all customers will be available to accept our deliveries at their cardholder address. We may need to make extra security checks, our customer service department will email you for further information. To prevent delay, please try and give the full delivery address, a Company Name if necessary.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Order are processed Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed at the next session.
We are able to process orders for next day delivery up to 4:30pm on most products. Orders placed after this time may not be despatched until the following day.

Orders for goods with due dates. This is an estimated delivery date, you will be advised by email. This is normally within 7 days but can sometimes be longer. Only when you accept the delivery date will your order be processed. You will be kept informed.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
You will receive an email with a shipping notification when the goods are despatched.
You will receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of despatch.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account here

You will be contacted in the event of your goods not being despatched within 2 working days from receipt of your order and given the option to either cancel your order and receive a full refund, order a different product or wait for the delivery.

Please note that we do not make shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

BACK ORDERS
Normally non stock items are not available to order on our website, however occasionally It may be necessary to back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order or purchase an alternative product if you would rather not wait.

TAX CHARGES
Currently all UK orders will have 17.50% VAT added.
All EU Orders will be charged at 17.50% VAT unless a valid EU VAT Number is supplied.

All non EU orders will not be charged VAT.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted using 2048 bit encryption at the buyers PC to communicate directly with our payment provider. No card details are stored on our website or any of our computer systems whatsoever.

Furthermore, our site's identity and security certificate can be seen by hovering your mouse over the red Comodo logo on the bottom left of our pages or by clicking the green EVSSL certificate in your browser at the checkout.

GUARANTEE
All of our products come with the manufacturer’s warranty which is in addition to consumers' statutory rights. This varies from product to product, although generally speaking we will deal directly with Dead on Arrival products within the first 7-14 days. Should our website not state the warranty terms, please contact our sales department.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
