Goods are normally shipped by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Heavy and high value orders are shipped by overnight courier. Occasionally goods may be shipped directly from our suppliers. As we try to keep carriage charges to a minimum carriage costs vary according to the size and shipping method.

We charge carriage because we have to pay carriage to deliver your goods. We believe that a single carriage charge per order is far fairer and more transparent for our customers than having an invisible carriage charge built into the price of each product that you purchase.
